Our team
National Accident Helpline is a friendly and experienced company that puts its customers' best interests first.
We want to be the people you can come to when you want to find out more about claiming compensation. When you claim with us, you can feel secure in the knowledge that you're surrounded by like-minded people who want to help you make the best choice for you.
Our team is made up of a legally trained group of call centre advisors, a highly experienced management team and a panel of specialist personal injury solicitors, located across the country.
To introduce you to some of the faces who work in our business, we have filmed a number of video interviews, featuring the people who will actually be working on your case talking about who we are, and how we all work together to help you gain access to justice.

Our experience
National Accident Helpline was founded in 1993 with the aim of helping people get access to free legal help. It was one of the first of its kind in the UK.
Our experience in personal injury claims, helping hundreds of thousands of victims claim the compensation they need to get their lives back on track, has helped us continually improve and evolve as a company so we can give you the best possible service.
We know that we can't just rely on being the most experienced personal injury specialists in the UK, so we are constantly working to better understand the difficulties faced by accident sufferers, including lasting physical and psychological injuries, as well as serious financial losses.

All of our calls are confidential and we will not disclose your details for marketing purposes unless you want us to. We also understand that, after an injury, you may be suffering in a number of ways. That's why our friendly staff are trained to treat injury victims with the care and consideration they need.
National Accident Helpline are firmly against fraudulent claims, and will only refer a claim on to a solicitor if the claimant has genuinely suffered financially, physically or emotionally.

We have based our charter on what you have told us is important, but we know there is still work to be done. That's why we would appreciate your feedback to help us get better at what we do, and help us get better at helping you.
Our no win no fee guarantee
All of the solicitors on our panel can handle your claim on a no win no fee basis, so making a claim is risk free.
In a small number of cases however, they may not be able to do this. Your solicitor will explain any costs involved in your claim to you clearly at the outset and get your agreement before going ahead with your claim. For more information, see why is it free?
